Our Journey

The origins

Casual Racing Simulator (originally called "totally acurate racing simulator") was first created during a 24 hrs game jam. The project was severely criticised by the jury and participants, but that didn't stop us! 

The vision

Our vision was too grandious to be abandoned. Casual racing simulator was going to be the first funny - simulator - tycoon game out there!

Basically it is the first 2d simulator where a horse chases you along the track! (Download if you don't believe)

So we started working!

The process

During the last few months we added a lot of mechanics, menus, better textures and bug-fixes until we felt satisfied. We encountered a lot of dificulties, as our team is very small.

First we changed the graphics.

Then we added upgrade mechanics so the game became a tycoon.

We added game modes so the game has more gameplay diversity.

The final product

We are happy to announce that Casual Racing Simulator is now finished!

Casual racing simulator is the MOST CASUAL simulator you have ever seen! It's full of funny elements, difficult challanges and a lot of ways to improve your car!

About us:

Our team consist of two students with no budget, but with a lot of vision! This is our first project, but it won't be the last one!
